Gravity Forms
We use the plug-in GravityForms for the forms we use on the website. The information collected on these forms is only used for the specifically stated purposes of the respective form. All collected data is securely stored on our server. We do not share information gathered from the forms with third parties unless stated otherwise on the form. We use Slack to communicate within our business, not externally so that we can discuss issues that are raised by users on our website amongst our team. Their privacy policy can be found here.

We also collaborate with Meet-Sys to process event registration data. Meet-Sys is based in Belgium and specialises in the registration of congresses, conferences and corporate events.
